For Candle Resellers
1. How Our Rebranding Program Works
We provide high‑quality, ready‑made candles that you can relabel and resell under your own brand. You handle the branding; we handle the production.
2. What You Can Customize
- Your own label design
- Your brand name & scent names
- Your packaging (boxes, ribbons, stickers, etc.)
- Your product photos & marketing content
The candle formulation and jar design remain the
property of the manufacturer.
3. Minimum Order Requirements
- Standard candles: 12 pcs per scent
- Mixed scents: 24 pcs (up to 3 scents)
- Custom label printing: 20 pcs per design
- Custom jar colors (Jesmonite): 30 pcs
MOQs help maintain consistency and production quality.
4. Pricing
Wholesale pricing depends on:
- Candle size
- Jar type (glass / jesmonite)
- Quantity ordered
- Add‑ons (custom labels, custom boxes, etc.)
A full price list will be shared once you confirm your preferred products.
5. Production Timeline
- Standard candles: 3–5 days
- Custom labels: 5–7 days
- Custom jar colors: 7–14 days
- Timelines may vary depending on order volume.
6. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before production.
- Orders are non‑refundable once production begins.
- Payment methods: Bank Transfer, Payment link with Tabby or Tamara (+8% charge)
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery within UAE via courier.
- Shipping fees are shouldered by the reseller.
- Risk transfers once the package is handed to the courier.
8. Rebranding Do’s & Don’ts
DO
- Use your own branding, labels, and packaging.
- Create your own product photos and descriptions.
- Store candles properly (cool, dry place).
✘ DON’T
- Alter or modify the candles.
- Use our photos, videos, or brand name without
permission. - Make medical or therapeutic claims.
9. How to Start
- Choose your candle sizes and scents.
- Confirm your quantities (MOQ applies).
- Send your label design (or request a template).
- Receive your quotation.
- Make payment.
- Production begins.
- Delivery to your location.
